Who is HFD? 

Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD) helps you pay for your healthcare costs over time while getting the service you need today.  We work with your healthcare provider to set up easy, secure installment agreements. We service these agreements so your healthcare provider can focus on care. 

What if I have an issue with my care or product I received? 

You’ll need to initiate a conversation with your provider about the care or product.  Your provider will let HFD know if your financial agreement needs to be updated or cancelled.  If you are having issues reaching the provider, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at HFD and we will also reach out to the provider on your behalf.  

What if I want to cancel or return the service/product I received? 

You’ll need to discuss with your healthcare provider to resolve a cancellation or a return.  Your provider will instruct HFD to refund any payments you may have made.  If you are having issues reaching the provider, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at HFD and we will also reach out to the provider on your behalf. 

What if I want to change the terms of my installment agreement? 

HFD is here to help you. If you need to change your payment date, or pay off early, or discuss another arrangement, please give us a call at 877-874-3877 M-F 6:00am-5:00pm PST. Our agents are standing by to give you the assistance you need.
